Elizabeth spent nearly 7 years practicing in New York where she managed deals across various industries and coordinated across nearly every practice group, including M&A, tax, banking & finance, antitrust, IP, and litigation.
Transition to Recruiting
After practicing, Elizabeth shifted to legal recruiting where she could draw on the aspects of practice she loved most - associate mentoring. Elizabeth understood that she would have a personal understanding of associates' needs that many other recruiters did not, particularly given she once made her own lateral moves.

Elizabeth draws on her extensive professional network and deep understanding of the legal field to support candidates every step of the way. With expertise across nearly every practice group, she helps craft stand out resumes & deal sheets, thoroughly prepares candidates for interviews, and engages in regular communication with law firms, positioning each candidate for a successful outcome.
Early Career
Elizabeth began her journey in New York City as a commercial litigator before retooling into a restructuring role at Weil & Cadwalader.
