Implementation
We conduct individualized outreach to present the candidate to the hiring teams. Following this, we work in real time to schedule meetings and conduct a series of interview preparation sessions to ensure candidates are properly prepared for their meetings.
Follow up
At the offer stage, we negotiate the terms of any offers, discuss timing and start dates, and work to address any other questions or considerations. We also assist with preparing forms for conflict checks and other onboarding materials. Further, we continue to act as a resource to candidates once they being employment.
Consultation
We begin each process with a call to better understand the candidate's current situation and their ideal next role. Through this, we provide an overview of the market and set out suggested starting points. We also talk through long term career considerations and goals to ensure any strategy best aligns with those.
